Thick prismatic crystals of Celestine with very well defined faces and edges and an intense sky blue color. Disposed on matrix with very acute light yellow scalenohedral crystals of Calcite. The main crystal is 2.5 cm x 1.6 cm in size and it is in perfect condition.The crystal on the left is contacted and recrystallized on the back. Great contrast. Better in person. CA26 - Stibnite. Ichinokawa Mine, Saijo City, Ehime Prefecture, Japan.
Stibnite crystals from the famous and long-closed Ichinokawa Mine of Japan are considered absolute classics. Primary production of these lustrous, silver-gray crystals was from 1875-1900. This one is a biterminated crystal of Stibnite, lustrous, and with nice striations on the faces. A classic very difficult to find nowadays and it comes from an old mineral collection. It is in very good condition and much more considering the age and size of this crystal. The quality is really excellent and this remains a highly representative specimen of the species and this famous locality. Considered the world's finest until Romanian and Chinese material came to market. Even then, Japanese Stibnites hold a place of honor.

CA27 - Calcite. La Cuerre mine, Rionansa, La Florida mining area, Sierra de Arnero, Cantabria, Spain.
Outstanding Calcite specimen formed by a main complex crystal showing combinations of the scalenehedron and the rhombohedron: It is surrounded by many smaller crystals, all of them with a nice pale cream color. The specimen is from a Spanish well known locality famous for its calcite crystals. The crystals are transparent, very bright and on a rocky matrix with Dolomite. In perfect condition, no damage. A Spanish classic of very good quality and large size.

CA28- Calcite. La Cuerre mine, Rionansa, La Florida mining area, Sierra de Arnero, Cantabria, Spain.
Complex Calcite crystal, rounded, with the dominant form of a scalenohedron and a flattened rhombohedron, transparent, very bright, with a pale cream color and on a rocky matrix with Dolomite. CA29- Perovskite. Perovskitovaya Mine, Zlatoust, Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia.
Pseudocubic crystal of Perovskite (type locality) with a textbook habit and complex faces due to development of multiple pseudo-octahedral forms covering them as usual with these Russian specimens. The crystal, 1 cm in size, is very bright and is settled on a matrix of Clinochlore. No damage.

CA30- Fluorite with Quartz. Riemvasmaak, Kakamas, Kai !Garib Local Municipality, ZF Mgcawu District Municipality, Northern Cape, South Africa.
Fluorite from the classic locale Riemvasmaak in the Kakamas district in Northern Cape Province, South Africa, has become one of the most sought after Fluorites in the world. It is famous for its fluorescent, transparent octahedral crystals of green Fluorites. This one is very good example of the quality of this locality. Floater specimen composed of a group of sharp octahedral crystals of Fluorite with very good transparency, very bright and have an excellent and intense green color. With Quartz. CA32 - Rhodochrosite with Sphalerite and Pyrite. Detroit City Mine, Mount Bross, Alma Mining District, Park County, Colorado, USA.
The Detroit City Portal mining operations began in 2017. This mine is approximately 300 feet, or 90 meters, above the old Sweet Home Mine workings that it was closed in 2004. The portal was removed and the entrance was cemented and reclaimed. The two mines do not connect but both of them have produced some of the highest-quality Rhodochrosite specimens in the world. This specimen is a very good example of the good quality of the specimens found there, it is formed by very well formed rhombohedral crystals of Rhodochrosite with sharp faces and edges, intense red color under artificial white lights and with very good brilliance. With a bit of matrix of Sphalerite and Pyrite crystals. A classic in perfect condition, no damage.

CA34 - Galena. Picher mine, Picher Field, Otawa County, Oklahoma, USA.
Classic old Pitcher Field (Tri State District) Galena. This area covers approximately 72 square miles and contains dozens of mines. Thirty six different minerals can be found there including Galena. This specimen is formed by cubic crystals with steel-grey color and sub-metallic to metallic luster. With hoppered and skeletal facets on all sides. The Tri state area was an incredibly productive zone into the early 1960 period when it shut down. At the time these specimens were plentiful (although better pieces were always much less common). Today these are all long gone and good aesthetic material is quite rare. In excellent condition, no damage.

CA42- Native Silver with Copper. Pewabic, Keweenaw, Michigan, USA.
The Copper with Silver specimens from Michigan are not very usual. The Keweenaw Peninsula is one of the few localities in the world known for producing spectacularly copper and silver specimens. This one is a slightly rounded copper mass with a knob of Silver on the top. This specimen would make a valuable addition to any mineral collection as a rare and exceptional example of two native metals together in one specimen. No damage.
