For items of the “Collectible Minerals” section, simply send us an email or fill out the form at the contact page with the minerals you choose. We will reserve them for you and we will inform you about the final price including the shipping.
- Payment methods:
The international orders can be paid by Paypal or by bank transfer. If you use to purchase by other different payment method please contact us for that possibility.
Paypal is an American company allowing payments and money transfers online and safely. Paypal works as mediator for their clients through Internet. - Deliveries:
The delivery of your purchased items will be by the Spanish postal service, Fedex or UPS depending on the destination. For international deliveries there is an estimated delivery time between 4 to 12 days after we have received the payment. For national deliveries there is an estimated delivery time of 1-2 days for the same conditions.
The purchased items will be delivered to the person and address marked in the order form.
The shipping fees for the Collectible Minerals are depending on the weight and size of each mineral specimen. Please, send us an email with the code and mineral name you like and we will inform you about the shipment fees.
The shipments will be insured as established by law, according to Constitutional Law of Transportation (LOT). The shipment of orders will be issued immediately after payment.
The buyer is responsible for paying all associated customs or duty fees when minerals are shipped to foreign countries.
- Returns:
Your 100% satisfaction guarantee: If you are not happy with your purchases whatever the reasons, or the item is broken during the shipping, we will accept the
return.
You have a 15-day return period. Please e-mail us to arrange the refund. The returns must include original packing material, with the specimens properly
protected.
Once we have received the specimen in the condition that it was sent, we will refund 100% your money. All shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
