BF01 - Fluorite. Panasqueira mines, Covilha, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
Group of cubic crystals of Fluorite on matrix, one of them clearly dominant, with very well defined faces and edges. They are translucent and show an intense and vivid deep color, between marine blue and violet. The matrix is formed by well crystallized Arsenopyrite coated by Chlorite. This Fluorite specimen came from the upper levels of the Panasqueira mine and it is very different both for quality and aesthetic from the previously known Fluorites from this mine. Cute specimen suitable for demanding collectors of Panasqueira Fluorites. No damage.

BF02 - Fluorite with Quartz. Panasqueira mines, Covilha, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
Cubic crystals of Fluorite implanted on Quartzs that are partially coated by Muscovite and Chlorite. The Fluorite crystals are translucent and show an intense and vivid deep color, between marine blue and violet. This Fluorite specimen came from the upper levels of the Panasqueira mine which ocasionally offer surprising and pleasant novelties like this very nice specimen. In excellent condition.

BF03 - Cassiterite with Arsenopyrite and Fluorapatite. Panasqueira mines, Covilha, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
Outstanding Panasqueira specimen composed by highly lustrous twinned crystals of Cassiterite, very sharp and with very well defined faces and edges. They are implated on Arsenopyrite crystals and accompanied by green Fluorapatites. The Cassiterite crystals have a very notable size for the locality. It comes from a Panasqueira miner’s collection, the piece was extracted around 1970. A fine sample of one of the glorious epochs in Panasqueira, suitable for demanding Panasqueira collectors. No damage.

Unusual and very good Panasqueira specimen. It is composed of completely transparent glossy crystals of Quartz with very visible and remarkable inclusions of Muscovite and Calcite cloud-like inside. The Quartzs are acompanied by green Fluorapatite crystals and Marcasite that forming "cockscomb" twinnings. Very attractive and rare Panasqueira specimen. The condition is excellent as seen.

Large main biterminated crystal of Quartz, very bright, and accompanied by other smaller lustrous Quartz and with some groups of small Fluorapatite crystals scattered along the Quartzs. With
visible inclusions of needles of Tourmaline variety Schorl and small crystals of Calcite. The Quartzs have very good transparency and nice striations on the faces. Very nice large Panasqueira
specimen in excellent condition.

A noveltie from Panasqueira. Group of elongated pale yellow Fluorapatite crystals accompanied by cubic crystals of Fluorite with a violet color and disposed on a heavy matrix of Arsenopyrite,
Chalcopyrite and Sphalerite. This specimen is completely different from those ones had been known so far in Panasqueira and it comes from a small geode where only a few pieces were
extracted.

BF13 - Fluorapatite with Ferberite. Panasqueira mines, Covilha, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
Excellent Panasqueira specimen composed of very well formed crystals of Fluorapatite, one of them clearly dominant and with good size for the
specie. The crystals show very well defined faces and edges and and are settled on a Ferberite crystal. The Fluorapatites have a pleasing color zoning showing lilac hues depending on the light
conditions as ususal for the Panasqueira Apatites. Stunning Panasqueira specimen in excellent condition without any noticiable damage.
