BD07 - Fluorapatite with Quartz. Panasqueira mines, Covilha, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
The most sought-after Panasqueira Apatites by the demanding collectors are the blue and the purple ones. This one is a very good example. Large blue Fluorapatite
crystal to 4 cm x 2.5 cm in size attached to a cluster of Quartz crystals. The Fluorapatite has an intense and vivid blue color and top luster. It has a great aesthetic and can be placed in
different ways. Very fine Panasqueira Fluorapatite coming from the 2nd level of the mine.

very well developed short prism. It is translucent, brightness and it is nicely implanted on a rocky matrix with Muscovite. The condition is excellent without damage. Classic

Very interesting new find from the Panasqueira mines,
coming from new works at the level 0. It comprises a cluster of elongated prismatic crystals of Fluorapatite with a pale violet color disposed on a matrix with a group of well formed cubic
crystals of Fluorite with a vivid deep purple-blue color. The condition is excellent. Unusual Panasqueira specimen.

Large aerial crystal of Fluorapatite settled on Quartz. It is translucent and bright and has well defined geometric growths. The Apatite crystal
measures 5 cm x 3.5 cm x 2 cm. The Fluorapatite has a damage on a corner as seen on the video and photos but the overall quality is excellent. One side is rehealed and coated by white Calcite. It
is a very interesting Panasqueira Apatite sample at an excellent price.
