Group of thin platy tabular crystals scattered over the front of a Gossan matrix. The crystals have a deep orange color with very high luster and great contrast to the matrix. Group of cubo-octahedral crystals of Fluorite. They are translucent and have a very deep green color with well marked color zoning. Group of well formed flattened prismatic crystals of Calcite with hexagonal shapes and a marked zoning, these Calcites are known as "sandwich Calcites". Disposed on matrix of dark grey limestone. The tabular crystals have a translucent zone sandwiched between two milky white zones. Under long wave UV light this form of Calcite is highly fluorescent with a beautiful rich orange glow. Aerial group of well formed rhombohedral crystals of Dolomite forming interpenetration twins and disposed on matrix. The Dolomite crystals are completely transparent with high luster. These kinds of twins have been historically very appreciated by collectors. Also due to their transparency, these dolomites are considered, together with those from Brumado, Brazil, the best in the world. An excellent Spanish classic. Better in person. No damage.
