BN25 - Fluorapatite with Quartz and Siderite. Panasqueira mines, Barroca Grande, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
Group of prismatic crystals of Fluorapatite with good transparency, very bright and vivid green color. The crystals are perched on a Quartz crystal coated by small crystals of Siderite on the front side.It is in excellent condition, without damage. Floater specimen better in person.

BN26 - Fluorapatite with Calcite. Panasqueira mines, Barroca Grande, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
Large group of small crystals of Fluorapatite with an intense green color and high brilliance.
The backside is coated by small crystals of Calcite. The condition is very good without any noticeable damage. Better in person.

BN27 - Fluorapatite with Quartz. Panasqueira mines, Barroca Grande, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
A biterminated transparent crystal of Quartz is coated by sharp prismatic crystals of Fluorapatite with an excellent blue color, good brilliance and good transparency. There is also a flattened Quartz crystal attached to the main Quartz. The condition is overall very good with only some minor chippings present. Fine Panasqueira Fluorapatite at very good price.

BN28 - Fluorapatite with
Quartz. Panasqueira mines, Barroca Grande, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
A small group of Fluorapatite crystals with a very nice violet color and good brilliance are perched on a crystal of Quartz.
These violet Apatites are very scarce, very hard to find and one of the most
sought-after Panasqueira minerals by collectors. It is in excellent condition. The Quartz crystal is not damaged, it is
natural terminated and rehealed in both sides. From a recent find in late 2021.

BN38- Fluorapatite with Quartz. Panasqueira mines, Barroca Grande, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
A large terminated crystal of Quartz with very good transparency is coated by a group of very nice crystals of Fluorapatite which are bright and have a nice pale green color. With crystallized Ferberite and also with Siderite coatings. The Fluorapatites are in great condition, without any noticeable damage. The Quartz is not damaged and the Ferberites present contact surfaces were the crystals were attached to the mother rock, but out of view in the display position. Great Panasqueira specimen.

BN39 - Fluorapatite

Classic Panasqueira Fluorapatite formed by a transparent crystal with an intense green color and very bright. It is on matrix of Muscovite with
Quartz crystals. The Fluorpatite has some chipping, hence its price. Nevertheless it is a very good Panasqueira sample. The crystal size is 3 cm x 0.7 cm.

Another white Fluorapatite specimen from the 2018 find. It comprises several crystals with very defined faces and edges and accompanied by Sphalerite and Arsenopyrite crystals. White colors with greenish hues as usual ofthe Apatites from the 2018 find. No damage.

Biterminated transparent crystal of Quartz partially coated by Siderite and with two gemmy prismatic crystals of Fluorapatite with pyramidal faces and the pinacoidal termination. They are very bright, transparent and with an excellent blue color. No damage.

BN45- Fluorapatite with Quartz and Siderite. Panasqueira mines, Barroca Grande, Castelo Branco, Portugal.
Outstanding Panasqueira specimen. Group of blue Fluorapatite crystals disposed on a transparent Quartz with some Siderite crystals. The prismatic Fluorapatites are very bright and show an excellent deep blue color. Although it is not in perfect condition, the tip of the Quartz is damaged, is even so an excellent Fluorapatite from Panasqueira. If it weren't for that condition we would be talking about a specimen over 1000€.
